Shipping
We offer free shipping. Our process time is 1 business day (except weekend or holidays) after payment is received. If a package is not showing up as expected, please contact us so we will open a case with the carrier. Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for the carrier to conclude an investigation. Once the investigation is closed by the carrier we will either replace or refund your item if package is considered lost from the carrier. It is at our discretion to either refund or replace your item.
