Availability

Most of our poducts are drop shipped from warehouses throughout the USA for faster service and are occasionally subject to being out.  You will be notified by email within 24 hours if there will be any delay in shipping your order.  Inventory availability can be checked by calling 888-630-6696 or emailing us prior to placing your order.

Payments
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.  To pay by credit card please call 888-630-6696.  All payments must be received in US funds and no later than two weeks from the auction close or we will inform Ebay in order to retrieve our listing fees unless other arrangements are made.  Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped to California.

Shipping
Most Domestic orders are shipped via UPS ground within 24 hours excluding weekends and holidays and have transit times of 1-6 days.  UPS must have a street address and will not deliver to P.O. boxes.  Most International orders are shipped via USPS and will require an additional two to four days for processing, transit times are usually 2-4 weeks depending upon the country and the service selected but we cannot be responsible for shipping or customs delays.  Please provide us with a telephone number for the customs documentation and in case of delivery difficulties.  International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes and fees.  Items advertised as "Free Shipping" do not apply to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam APO's, DPO's, FPO's or international customers.  A tracking, delivery confirmation or customs form number will be forwarded to you usually within 24 hours after your item ships.

Returns/Feedback
Returns or exchanges will be accepted for shipping errors and manufacturer's defects no later than 7 days after receiving your order.  A return authorization number must first be obtained by calling us at 888-630-6696 or emailing us prior to shipping anything back to us.  Your 5 star positive feedback is extremely important to us and instrumental in being able to provide the lowest possible prices.  If you are contemplating leaving neutral or negative feedback please contact us at 888-630-6696 or email us and we will work out any issues you have.  The only thing more important to us than your business is your repeat business.
