we do not have drivers,
any drivers will most likely be for WinXP
search for drivers for EM8400
and "may" also be similar to the "XCARD"
this card was probably pulled from a Linux-based set-top box

the 26-pin Digital Video Out port does seem to be a VESA compatible
connector to connect to a VIP (Video Input Port) or Feature Connector on a video card
