AAA Suspension CX02 In Cab Kit for Air Bag Suspension - Small AAA Compressor kit

We dont drop ship for others. This is our stuff and we make it and we have it in stock. We send everything same or next day. Ebay penalise us sellers when stuff arrives late so we set longer shipping dates to give us some breathing space. Regardless of ebay's delivery schedule we send same day if you get the order in before lunch.

With this package you can inflate and deflate the air bags even while driving. It is totally electronically controlled so there are no air lines inside the car and each bag has it's own up and down switches. Watch out for others that run air lines to the gauge and pump both bags together - this kit allows you to pump up each bag individually and it's also electronic.

This is our small compressor kit - Being small it fits more places, makes less noise and it costs less. Our CX02 Compressor is good for 130psi which is double what you should have as a maximum in your bags. It can be mounted on its side or upside down and is waterproof so can be mounted outside in the engine bay or under a tray. I like the idea of it being inside the car like under the passenger seat or against the rear wall behind the seat and that way it stays looking new.

The system comes with a pressure switch that turns the compressor off once the system reaches 100psi. When you activate the "up" switch a 12v electric valve opens and allows air to flow from compressor to that particular bag. The pressure switch detects low pressue and turns the compressor on and the bag inflates. There is also a down switch which opens another 12v electric valve and lets the air escape and the bag deflates.

In this package deal you get the following :

  • AAA CX02 12v Compressor with braided hose and one way check valve
  • 12v Relay (so the power for your compressor is straight from battery and not via switches)
  • 4 x push switches (up and down per bag)
  • AAA Digital LED Gauge with electronic senders
  • 4 x 12v electric valves (up and down per bag)
  • Pressure switch 12v 70psi on and 100 psi off
  • Alloy manifold (junction box)
  • Air Line 6mm OD
  • All the T pieces and air fittings

No air lines in the car means faster neater fitting and reduces the number of joins and possible air leaks.

Note this compressor is ideal for air bag suspension or other small applications like diff locks. Typically bags will inflate from say 30 psi to 40 psi in about 10 seconds. It will pump up a tyre eventually but will be very slow and so we say that it's not suited to pumping tyres or pumpig up an air tank.

The AAA CX10 Compressor is our small 12V compressor solution suited to pumping airbags or engaging an air-locker. This is not recommended for inflating tyres.
  • Voltage: 12 Volt.
  • Maximum Current: 16 Amps.
  • Maximum Working Pressure: 130 PSI.
  • Maximum Duty Cycle: 15% @ 100 PSI.
  • No Oil - means it can be mounted upside down or on its side.
  • Air Filter maybe cleaned and mounted in a different location like away from water
  • No plastic internal parts
  • 1/4" BSP air outlet
  • Check Valve on air outlet - means air wont leak back through compressor when off
  • Dimensions: 155 (L) x 85 (W) x 130 (H)

We have also listed this identical kit in 2 other configurations

  • No compressor - some people already have a compressor  https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/204183275630
  • Large CX10 Compressor - same kit but the compressor is bigger and faster and suits tyres and/or a tank  https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/204183219600

Air Assist Australia - AAA Suspension

AAA carry an amazing assortment of air fittings for their air bag and compressor kits. When it comes to air fittings there seems to be no common ground when it comes to metric vs imperial sizes or even thread pitch. What's the go with 1/4" air lines and NPT threads ? Air suspension and components that subtend from USA origins run these and it can be a real pain trying to source parts.

Our AAA Suspension kits all use metric air line and BSP threads because that's so common even Bunnings sells it. We can offer conversions and adaptors to go from NPT threads and imperial sizes in your gear to metric etc. And yes we also sell imperial and NPT stuff (but we dont want to).

We buy in bulk for our own supply and in some cases we have had to get items made specifically for us.

AAA Suspension is based in Melbourne so all the parts we list are in stock and ready to post from Melbourne. We do our own welding and fabrication of our air suspension brackets so we have a great hands on understanding of air fittings and building solutions that work.
