Returns Policy

We aim providing a hassle free and friendly service to our valuable customers, as satisfactory as possible. If you have any issue /problem/dissatisfy with the goods/product please contact us. We will do our best to resolve the matter. We do accept returns from our precious customers but some conditions have to be met before returning our goods/product.                                                                                              Returns are accepted only if,

The goods are returned within 30 working days of receiving.

The goods/ product is in original condition i.e. tags stickers should not be removed.

There are no marks and no smell i.e. perfume /cent /damp

The goods/ product is unused, unworn, unwashed etc and must be in the condition of resale as new.

The goods/product is posted in original condition with original packaging.

You are not happy with the goods/product.

Original invoice must be produced /attached.

You pay the return postage on the item.

We will refund your money to you if your return will be approved.
