DTF (Direct-to-Film): This Film serves as a medium to transfer the design onto the fabric. The process works effectively using specialized DTF ink formulated for the Film and adhesive DTF powder that bonds the ink to the fabric during the heat transfer process.

Application: DTF transfers can be applied to various untreated fabrics, including cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, and 50/50 blends.
 Hot Peel Film: Offers a versatile solution for professional-looking results on various materials.
Vibrant Colors & Durability: Non-bleeding, easy-peel film that ensures bright, vibrant colors and long-lasting color retention.
For high-quality results, use the bypass tray for single-sheet feeding. 
No Cutting or Weeding Required: Simplifies the transfer process, saving time and effort.

Compatibility:

Epson Printer DTF ink for use on cotton, polyester, 50/50 blends and more. Ideal for white and light-colored fabrics.

Instructions for Use:

  1. Print Side: Print on the coated side of the film.
  2. Image Settings: Print in mirror/reverse image mode.
  3. Printer Paper Setting: Select “Photo Paper Glossy.”
  4. Powder Application: Spread DTF powder evenly over the entire printed image.
  5. Melt Point: Heat at 200°F to 230°F for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Heat Press Settings:
    • Temperature: Mid-high (340°F to 360°F)
    • Press Time: 15-20 seconds
