New without tags.  I have others with a tag, this one seems to have fallen off.  New...Old stock from RAW7 usa.  Has hanger fading along shoulders. Material is not tee shirt material but more like thin sweater woven cotton.  Edges have a curl on them like a cutoff shirt though these edges are woven like that.
