This set of 1/4" steel brackets will help set up the axle mount side of your parallel 4 link system.  Designed with a 7" spread from the lower bar to the upper, with additional holes 1" above and below for fine tuning. 
To install these brackets, simply bolt your bushings in to set the width, then weld the mounts to your axle.

Sold in sets of four brackets - enough for one axle.
