The rivets inlcluded with these feet are brand new. The bottoms are not flanged and they slide directly into the TiVo.

Beware of sellers who are selling used rivets and feet that were pulled from TiVos. These rivets are designed to be used/installed one time.
Once removed, old rivets they are a hassle (at best) to get back on.

INSTALLATION

1) Pull off your old feet. Use pliers if necessary. No need to be gentle; we won't be re-using any of the parts you pull off. *Remember which holes to use for your replacement feet! Mark the old holes with a black marker if need be.*

2) Align your replacement feet over the holes.

3) Insert a rivet into each hole and push down. The rivets will automatically snap into place. NOTE: Each rivet is actually two parts. There is no need to separate the two parts.
