If you would prefer to change one of the descriptions e.g Time of Birth to Puppy's Name then just contact me at the time of purchase otherwise they will be sent as listed
Once your proud pooch has given birth to her litter and you can have them ready for their new homes
Then why not give the new owner a lovely memento of their new puppy that they can save
They measure approx 7" x 5 "
They will be printed on quality gloss paper (200-240gsm)
I maintain the highest quality when printing all of my certificates
