BILSTEIN 5160 Series Stock Mount Remote Reservoir Shocks are direct-fit to each specific vehicle application, avoiding the fabrication generally associated with being able to run a high performance reservoir shock. The monotube shocks feature a 46mm digressive piston with self-adjusting deflective disc valving. Benefits of the reservoir include increased cooling capacity and increased shock travel. Zinc-plated steel body, and Triple-C-Technology coating. BILSTEIN Shocks are true high pressure gas shocks, no emulsion, no foam cells, just pure performance.

The Advantage of BILSTEIN's Monotube Design
Heat is one of the major detriments to the performance and longevity of any shock absorber. Conventional twin tube designed shocks trap the heat within the shock body and do not let it adequately dissipate, making them prone to heat build-up, fade and eventual failure. By contrast, BILSTEIN’s technically superior, monotube high gas pressure charged design allows the excessive heat from the oil to transfer to the outer surface of the shock body and dissipate more efficiently. The dividing piston also permits the oil to expand as heat builds, preventing aeration (foaming) and viscosity loss. This allows the shock to maintain full damping characteristics as temperatures rise. Overall the monotube design provides superior tube strength while maximizing heat dissipation and shock life.

Payment Information:

• We accept PayPal and all major credit cards using PayPal. 
• We accept PayPal eChecks. Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear in our business PayPal account.
• For shipment to an Arizona address, we are required to collect 9.3% sales tax.
• We suggest immediate payment for all orders, but do allow 10 days from the date of purchase for payment to be received.
• If payment is not received within 10 days of the order being placed, an Unpaid Item Case will be opened.

Shipping Information:

• UPS Ground / FedEx Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
• For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibilty.
• Shipping is available to a PO box and any APO/AA/AE/AP address at an extra charge for this service when available.
• Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared.
• Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
• Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
• Some out of stock items are drop shipped from a distribution warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, so tracking information may not be available immediately.
• Tracking numbers will be updated to as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are updated manually, so please allow enough time for your information to be entered after your order has been placed.

Return Policy:

• AZ Offroad & Performance, Inc. & will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
• If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
• Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition.  Items that are defective may also be returned.  We are not responsible for install mistakes.  Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return.  The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area.  Any package without the RA # will be refused.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
• Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
• Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping.  Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
