All ceramics are insured during shipping . If you by a rare chance have a breakage during shipping please take a picture of the pieces and any damage on the box I must have these to process a claim.
USPS Requires that all damaged pieces the box and original packing material MUST be dropped off at the post office after the claim is processed, this will give you a receipt PF form 3831, just send me a picture of that and no return shipping is needed otherwise you will need to ship it back if you are unwilling to drop it off to USPS once they send you the letter. Moreover, if you get a very damaged box or if it rattles when you shake it please refuse to accept it and return to sender immediately. The post office needs to be held accountable for miss handling any brakeage especially when they charge us so much to ship.
