For shipment to an Arizona address, we are required to collect 9.3% sales tax.
We suggest immediate payment for all orders, but do allow 10 days from the date of purchase for payment to be received.

UPS Ground / FedEx Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibilty.

Shipping is available to a PO box and any APO/AA/AE/AP address at an extra charge for this service when available.

If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.

Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition. Items that are defective may also be returned. We are not responsible for install mistakes. Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return. The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area. Any package without the RA # will be refused.

Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.

Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.

Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping. Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
