Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler System

Superior to stock, everything about Banks Techni-Cooler Intercooler system is bigger. It includes mandrel-bent 3.5" high-flow boost tubes, high-efficiency all-aluminum end tanks instead of the wimpy stock plastic ones that can rupture under high-boost conditions ... a wide-open inlet and outlet ... a 19% thicker core area with a 21% improvement in volume ... and a colossal super-flow High-Ram intake manifold.

Techni-Cooler dramatically increases the cooling capacity by balancing the richer fuel mixture with greater airflow and cooler, denser air. Denser air has more oxygen, which improves combustion as well as engine efficiency. Result: higher continuous power and more power at any exhaust gas temp (EGT), better fuel economy and lower EGTs. That's a truckload of benefits! Banks Techni-Cooler delivers the maximum reduction in boost air temperature with a minimal loss of boost pressure. It doesn't get any cooler than Techni-Cooler! Payment Information:

• We accept PayPal and all major credit cards using PayPal. 
• We accept PayPal eChecks. Just like a regular check, it usually takes between 3 and 5 business days for an eCheck to clear in our business PayPal account.
• For shipment to an Arizona address, we are required to collect 9.3% sales tax.
• We suggest immediate payment for all orders, but do allow 10 days from the date of purchase for payment to be received.
• If payment is not received within 10 days of the order being placed, an Unpaid Item Case will be opened.

Shipping Information:

• UPS Ground / FedEx Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
• For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibilty.
• Shipping is available to a PO box and any APO/AA/AE/AP address at an extra charge for this service when available.
• Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared.
• Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
• Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
• Some out of stock items are drop shipped from a distribution warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, so tracking information may not be available immediately.
• Tracking numbers will be updated to as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are updated manually, so please allow enough time for your information to be entered after your order has been placed.

Return Policy:

• AZ Offroad & Performance, Inc. & will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
• If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
• Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition.  Items that are defective may also be returned.  We are not responsible for install mistakes.  Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
• All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return.  The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area.  Any package without the RA # will be refused.
• Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
• Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
• Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
• Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping.  Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
