The actual measurement of items will likely vary from the original manufactured tag size. The below measurements are taken of the item lying flat and pulled tight without stretching and photos may be taken with clipping and/or pinning. All measurements are approximate and in inches.

Pants/Jeans
  • Waist is measured from side to side and multiplied times 2.
  • Inseam is measured from bottom of crouch to end of pants leg.
  • Rise is measured from the waistline down to bottom of crouch.
  • Hip size is measured at the base of the zipper from side to side and multiplied times 2.
  • Flare/Leg Opening is measured from one side of the cuff to the other.
Skirts
  • Waist size is measured from side to side and multiplied times 2.
  • Length is measured from the top hem to bottom hem.
  • Hip size is measured at the base of the zipper from side to side and multiplied times 2.
Dresses
  • Waist size is measured from side to side and multiplied times 2.
  • Length is measured from shoulder seam to the bottom hem; if strapless then from the top hem to the bottom hem.
  • Hip size is measured at the base of the zipper from side to side and multiplied times 2.
  • Bust/Chest is measured across the chest at underarm seams (armpits) and multiplied times 2.
  • Sleeves are measured from center of back of neck to end of cuff.
Tops
  • Bust/Chest is measured across the chest at underarm seams (armpits) and multiplied times 2.
  • Shoulder is measured from shoulder seam to shoulder seam across the back.
  • Length is measured from top of collar to bottom of jacket/shirt.
  • Sleeves are measured from center of back of neck to end of cuff.
