Return & Exchange:

Return is accepted, but due to eBay new easy return process, we now charge restock fee by percentage to cover shipping and handling expenses. Restocking fee percentage detail please refer to "shipping and payment" tab.

All returns must go through eBay return process.  Do not send return without contact.

TERMS

* Please note, eBay shipping estimated time is based on USPS shipping system from the day you purchased the item, not the day your payment was received.  Payment received before 12PM PST will ship out the same day, otherwise will ship out the next day.  First Class mail shipping method normally take 3-5 business days based on our experience, but might be sooner or later which all depend on USPS and weather condition.

* I do not responsible for package non-received when the tracking number shown delivered. Please do understand I have no control of shipment once the package left my hand. The best way to prevent lost is adding USPS signature confirmation service OR ship by UPS. Please contact me before bidding and payment if you want to add signature confirmation, signature confirmation is $2.50.  Signature confirmation service is highly recommended especially for apartment address.

* We responsible for package non-received when the tracking number shows no information on the 14th business day from the package's shipping day.  Full refund will issue and transaction cancellation request will send to buyer.

* When package returned to us base on buyer provided the wrong shipping address, then the buyer no longer wants the item for any reason, we will deduct $3.50 shipping and handling charges from the purchase price. Otherwise, we will contact the buyer to correct the address then resend it for FREE.
