Snap-On miniature mandrel for rotary tools, with a 3/32" -2.35mm HP shank.

 

Mandrel holds the brass center abrasive sanding discs, Moore’s Discs, Yellow and Blue BC discs.  The discs just snap-on and are held securely in position on the mandrel. This mandrels make changing sanding discs quick and easy. Mandrel is made of Steel, and nickle plated.
