Greg being a manufacturing jeweller with 30 years experince is your jeweller that will handmake all your jewellery for you, with Natasha being the business manager to answer all your enquiries.

your jewellery will be individually handmade by Greg and we know that not all bodies are the same and are happy to custom make for you, so if you require any changes that is in the photo supplied please feel free to contact us before hand with your request,please note this is your responsibility to enquire before hand. 

Your nose stud are not prefabricated earrings as other suppliers out there, so be rest assured you are buying top quality pieces of 18ct jewellery, an investment we believe you will love.

Your nose stud will be 100% made using top quality gems and diamonds and 100% 18ct gold, not filled or plated in any way. We offer our customers a lifetime warranty on your jewellery that your gems or diamonds will never fall out of the setting as these are set in not glued in (fair wear and tear excluded).

post will be sent free of charge domestically for all items under $100, and express post over $100 free. If you need to be posted via express this is available on checkout. International orders regular post $8.00 and if you needed international registered post $30.00 terms and conditions

Australian customers - post for items over the value of $100.00 will be expressed to you free of charge with all other items below $100.00 going via regular post free of charge.

Please note that we 100% handmake your jewellery once bought so this will take appx 1-2 days to make before dispatch. Regular post does not have tracking, and if you want tracking this will be an additional fee, please email me before hand if you want express post so that i can edit your price before you pay for your jewellery.

International orders - price is $10.00 and post will take appx 10-14 working days so appx 3-4 weeks to receive.

We are not in charge of post will be sent free of charge domestically for all items under $100, and express post over $100 free. If you need to be posted via express this is available on checkout. International orders regular post $8.00 and if you needed international registered post $30.00 once it has been dispatched, please be patient when waiting to receive your parcel as post can be slow and again i am not in control of this. For Australian customers please allow appx a week to receive your jewellery and if not received then email me.

payment is easiest with paypal. We will accept direct deposit if required.

Returns are accepted for wrong items posted to you or if not as advertised this will be at our expense. Please email me if you feel you have received the incorrect piece of jewellery.

Returns are not for change of mind, we list all sizes in the item description along with supplying you photos of  a nose, we do not accept returns because you have not read or understood the sizes, when we advertise sizes we advertise in australian metric of mm. Ask questions before purchasing if you are unsure.

all items MUST be autoclaved and sent in a sealed autoclave sterile bag with the autoclave batch number, this can be done at any professional piercing studio at your expense. 

Again please ask questions before you make your purchase if you are unsure. My motto is that you would not like me to sell your jewellery that could potentially have been worn, so even if you havent worn your jewellery, we assume that you have and hense why the strict return upon autoclave. If this is not done i will not be refunding you because you have changed your mind.
