UNUSED UNITED STATES POSTAGE STAMP FOR PHOTOGRAPY & PHOTOGRAPHERS

This unused United States Postage Stamp was issued on June 26, 1978 in Las Vegas, NV.  It was the first to bear the new 15-cent postage rate in recognition of the contribution photography has made to American life.  It is matted in black.  The frame is silver-toned (approximate size is 3 1/2 X 4 1/4 inches). Frame comes with easel for standing and with hanger for hanging. Shipping is $ 2.95.
