From the 1950's and made in the USA.  

No chips, cracks, repairs.  General use, light scratches.  Burn stain captured in photo 7.

Plastic lid with build in cork. 

Carafe measures 12" tall to top of lid and 6.75" diameter at the widest point. 

Total height is 16.5" tall, from bottom of stand to the top of the lid.
