This is a Santa Fe 40 foot boxcar with full ladders and without roof walk.  The doors open and close.  The car and box are in perfect condition. There is a Micro-Trains price on the paper insert. 

This car was released in November 2001.  The car has reached a high auction value of $22.00 in the past.

This Bx-136 boxcar was originally a Bx-53 car.  When the car was rebuilt in May 1969 the roof walk was removed.  The car was serviced again in April 1977 at Topeka.  The car was used in food service.  The car is painted boxcar red with a white door and white, black and yellow printing.  The car has end printing.
