Crucible can be used for melting and pouring Gold, Silver, Copper, Brass and more. Crucible is made of high grade fused Silica, withstands temperatures up to 2500F/1371°C .

A heavy duty long lasting melting crucible dish has a 18 T.Oz. capacity, can be used for melting and pouring Gold, Silver, Copper and Brass.

Crucible has a Pouring Spout for ease of pouring molten metals, with a solid thick Extra Heavy bottom base.  Our Crucibles are long lasting "A-1 TOP QUALITY" Crucible.

Handle Holder/Tong with Wood Handle.  This handle/tong designed to hold 18oz crucible # 0316-252, outer diameter. The crucible holder shaft is steel mounted into a hardwood handle. The flat stock width is 1/2" x 1/8" thick steel, with a 1/4" screw and wing nut to assure a firm hold while transferring molten liquid metals.  Overall length of handle measures 17".
