DUO GEAR items, products, colours/flavours and sizes are all subject to availability.

• Deliveries are despatched between Monday - Friday 9.00am - 11.00am and occasionally on Saturday
• For purchases and payments made outside of these hours, the order(s) will be despatched on the following business day between the despatched hours above
• Orders are usually despatched within 24-48 hours after an instant payment is received excluding weekends and Bank holidays
• Parcels are couriered via Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Yodel, dependant upon the size of the parcel
• Postal Insurance is up to the value of £32.00 GBP within the UK and subject to the couriers Terms & Conditions
• If an item is lost in the post, we can only take action after 10 working days from the date of despatch. Any claim that is submitted can take between 4-8 weeks to conclude
• Deliveries outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail, Parcelforce and UPS therefore please allow between 5-10 working days for delivery depending on the destination country
• If payments are made using electronic-cheque (e-cheque) your items will be despatched following the clearance of funds from your account. PayPal will notify both DUO GEAR and you the buyer once your funds have cleared. Despatch dates may be delayed by up to 14 days from the time the payment is made
• If after a delivery attempt is made by our courier and the parcel(s) is returned to DUO GEAR you may be required to pay a re-delivery fee to have the parcel(s) re-despatched. This fee will vary depending on the item(s) to be re-delivered

• If you need to return an item to DUO GEAR, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item(s)
• We will offer refunds (where applicable) in relation to the Ebay returns policy, on items that are unused, unopened and all in their original packaging in perfect condition
• Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt
• For unwanted items a refund may be offered depending upon the item (items excluded for refunds include gumshields, mouthguards and first aid items). The refund will exclude any original p&p paid
• The refund will be returned by the original method of payment, for example if your payment is from PayPal, your refund will be returned via PayPal
• The buyer is held responsible for loss, theft or damage to items that are being returned to DUO GEAR

• Faulty
• If you receive a faulty item you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
• If a return to base is authorised by DUO Gear then ensure that you use a trackable delivery service at your discretion
• We will honour a refund of a postage cost of up to a maximum of £4.10 GBP depending on the items return cost, if your return is over this amount you are required to cover the difference The buyer is held responsible for loss, theft or damage to items that are being returned to DUO GEAR
