Returns:  In the event that you need to return one of our EBay items, please call us at (336) 373-1868. 
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of your receipt of goods.  All returns must be accompanied by an RGA number (this will be issued when you call.  This is very important!  No return will be accepted without an RGA Number.) and must be in the same condition that it was shipped.  (i.e. not used or installed in any way.) 
Buyer assumes all costs for return shipping.  Credit for the item will be issued once it has been returned to DBJ Corporation and inspected.
