The tensioner can be loosed or tightened depending on the strength you need to push the chair back. You can set this to a light push to recline or a stronger push. The preference is yours.

14 day no quibble returns policy - If you change your mind for whatever reason within the first 14 days of receiving your item, we are happy to refund or exchange the item providing it is returned unused, in its original packaging with all accessories. Returns shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
New items are sold with a 12-month warranty. Refurbished items are sold with a 90-day warranty.

Delivery
All orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Where possible please add a contact telephone number when placing your order, some items are quite bulky and this will help the couriers.
Please be advised that due to restrictions with their insurance, the courier will only be able to deliver to your front door or the main entrance to the building should you live in a flat, and will not be able to take this any further.
