Spider-Man vs. Dr. Octopus. Promotional comic issued in 1982 by Aim Toothpaste. Cover price $0.60 but was given away for free!  This version is blank across the top - in the yellow area above where it says MARVEL COMICS GROUP.  There is also a 1982 version - same cover but it says Compliments of Aim Toothpaste in that space.  There is also a 1980 Aim Giveaway with the Green Goblin!
