Here is a exhaust rocker arm from a 2005 Meredes-Benz CLK 500. One has a hole in the end the other dont. Sold each. easy repair. priced right. The numbers from the engine block are R113 010 9305. dont know much history on this engine as i got it from a ocal shop that done a swap. This engine was removed due to a bad rod. Not sure what other years or models the part will fit.
