aFe Exhaust System
This MACH Force XP Hi-Tuck Axle-Back exhaust system is constructed of 2.5" mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel and comes complete with a free-flowing muffler, tubing, OE style bayonet hangers, band clamps and all hardware necessary for a hassle-free installation. The smooth curves and design of this exhaust system helps remove restriction and keeps exhaust gas flowing smoothly for increased horsepower, torque and throttle response. This kit is a perfect solution for replacing damaged exhaust system components due to extreme weather, road grime or off-road driving.

Hassle-Free Installation
This axle-back exhaust system easily mounts to the factory mid-pipe for a hassle-free installation.

Hi-Tuck Tip
This exhaust system is finished off with a Hi-Tuck tip that is developed to give your Jeep extra clearance during extreme angle climbs or descents.

Free Flowing Muffler
A 409 Stainless Steel free flowing muffler is used for maximum flow and performance. This muffler provides a mellow yet powerful exhaust note but a quiet, smooth idle.







aFe Exhaust Systems are manufactured in-house to the highest engineering standards for performance and quality. All tubing is 100% mandrel-bent to provide the highest flow possible. Each system is extensively dyno and flow bench tested to provide maximum gains for your Jeep.

MACH FORCE XP: The aFe Mach Force XP exhaust system is designed for maximum performance and extreme mileage gains. This free flowing exhaust system is constructed out of durable 2.5" mandrel bent 409 stainless steel and uses bayonet style hangers and band clamps for a clean installation. The system comes complete with all tubing, bayonet hangers, band clamps.

Bayonet Hangers: Swaged bayonet ends lock your exhaust components into place for the most secure installation possible. Other manufacturers use less expensive bent hangers that allow tubes and parts to slide from side to side, causing premature wear and damage.

Welded-on hangers: Every hanger is welded on each side to ensure a stonger connection, compared to the other manufacturers who use only inferior floating hangers.

Band Style Clamps: Premium quality band clamps are used on critical joints to provide the tighest, leak-free seal possible. Other systems use common less expensive U-bolt clamps.

Mandrel Bent: All aFe tubing is mandrel-bent. Mandrel bending ensures the tubing maintains its shape and size, providing smooth, unrestrictive airflow. Standard tubing can lose as much as 20% of its diameter in sharp bends.

  • For shipment to an Arizona address, we are required to collect 9.3% sales tax.
  • We suggest immediate payment for all orders, but do allow 10 days from the date of purchase for payment to be received.
  • If payment is not received within 10 days of the order being placed, an Unpaid Item Case will be opened.

Shipping Information:

  • UPS Ground / FedEx Ground shipping is free to the lower 48 states, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and all other U.S. territories.
  • For international shipments, orders may be subject to additional duties, taxes, charges, fees, and costs associated with the shipment of the item once it has reached its destination. These charges are the buyer's responsibilty.
  • Shipping is available to a PO box and any APO/AA/AE/AP address at an extra charge for this service when available.
  • Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days from the time payment is received and cleared.
  • Shipments are not made on weekends or holidays.
  • Express shipping is available at the buyer's expense. Please contact us for a shipment quote to your location.
  • Some out of stock items are drop shipped from a distribution warehouse or directly from the manufacturer, so tracking information may not be available immediately.
  • Tracking numbers will be updated to as quickly as possible once an order has processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are updated manually, so please allow enough time for your information to be entered after your order has been placed.

Return Policy:

  • AZ Offroad & Performance, Inc. & will do everything possible to ensure the customer's satisfaction.
  • If there is any error in the part received, please contact us immediately.
  • Returns will be accepted if the item is unused, uninstalled, in the original packaging and in brand new condition.  Items that are defective may also be returned.  We are not responsible for install mistakes.  Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.
  • All returns must be approved and issued a (Return Authorization) RA # for return.  The RA # must be on the outside of each package with the RA # in a visible area.  Any package without the RA # will be refused.
  • Buyer is responsible for shipping charges on returned items and to insure the package.
  • Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If any item is returned by choice that originally included free shipping (not a defective or performance claim), there will be a restocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • Once items have been received & inspected per our guidelines, a credit or refund will be issued to the customer.
  • Any cancellation must be approved prior to shipping.  Any item that has already shipped must be returned according to the guidelines stated above.
