This transfer case rebuild kit is for an aluminum transfer case kit and is for the chain driven transfer case only.  This transfer case has a wide input bearing BD50-8 (.94") (24mm).  The NP231 also used a narrower 16mm input bearing be sure to measure your input bearing before ordering if you need the narrow input bearing rebuild kit please see our store!

You can identify this transfer case by the round tag that is stamped 231D/231J/231C
