These are new suede effect stitch detail boots by Refresh.

Suede effect flat boots with stitching detail to foot and buckle feature to the calf.

The length of the boot from the back of the heel to the top measures 10 inches. The heel height measures 0.75 inches.

The circumference at the calf is as follows:-

Sizes 3 and 4 is 15"

Sizes 5 and 6 is 15.5"

Sizes 7 and 7.5 is 16"
