Millgrain tools are used for detail on Jewelry and Engravings.  The Milgrain wheel pattern will form and produce the detail and precise concave, equally spaced beads. 

-NOTE: The Millgrain's wheels in the set are made in Europe and come from France or Germany.

The Milgrain tools have a hardened wheel, which creates a decorative bead pattern, around the setting, designs and edge beading on jewelry pieces. 

Millgrains are also used by Engravers to add details and highlights to the engraved design work. 

Complete Set of Millgrains, an "A-1 TOP QUALITY" tool kit, includes the complete range of sizes from the small size #4 to the large #14. With the set you get a Mushroom Chuck handle, all organized in a nicely finished Wooden Box.

Millgrain Tool #14 is the largest number size available in the hand Millgrain tools, has the widest space across each line of the pattern approximately 0.62mm.  The #14 gives a defined and coarse design. 

Millgrain Tool #12 is a large number size available in the hand Millgrain tools, has the wide space across each line of the pattern approximately 0.57mm.  The #12 has a defined and coarse beaded design.

Millgrain Tool #10 is a large number size available in the hand Millgrain tools, has the wide space across each line of the pattern approximately 0.53mm.  The #10 has a defined beaded design pattern.

Millgrain Tool #8 is a one of the more popular size in the hand Millgrain tools, has a width space across each line of the pattern approximately 0.47mm.  The #8 Hand Mill Grain Tool gives a well defined bead pattern.

Millgrain Tool #6 is a medium fine size in the hand Millgrain tools, has a width space across each line of the pattern approximately 0.42mm.  The #6 Hand Mill Grain Tool gives a good defined bead design.

Millgrain Tool #4 is a fine size in the hand Millgrain tools, has a width space across each line of the pattern approximately 0.37mm.  The #4 Hand Mill Grain Tool gives a fine yet defined bead design.

Hand Chuck Mushroom Holder with 2 collets to hold Millgrain Tools and can be used for other applications.  This Hand Chuck is a well made holder from France.

Storage Box for Millgrain Tools and Chuck is a nicely finished wooden box with individual holes for each size and a magnetic lock. Wooden Box measures approximately 3-11/16” Wide, 3-5/16" Deep with a Height of 3”.
