THIS UNIQUE LIGHT WEIGHT PRODUCT IS MEASURED AND USED BY VOLUME, NOT BY WEIGHT.
Directions: Use 8oz BY VOLUME of per 25 lbs of oil – spread out on filter paper. Then add 10 oz. Directly into hot oil, stir, then open drain valve and turn pump switch on. Allow hot oil to recirculate for approximately five minutes – then close drain valve and allow cooking well to fill back up.
