Felt Ring Buffs are used for polishing the inside of rings. Ring buffs are a Jewelry Ring internal polishing buff.  Polishing the inside diameter of the ring, the felt will remove any scratches or sanding lines to give a high luster finish.

Ring buffs utilize wool felt, mounted on a tapered wood mandrel.  The wood is reinforced at the end, where it has a guide hole to mount and use the buff on a tapered spindle.
