This is a new halter-neck evening dress by Blue Banana.

Made from a slinky stretch fabric in a halter style which ties to the back of the neck. The dress crosses over at the bust.  Fitted beneath the bust with a flattering ruched panel and has an elegant full skirt. 

The length of the dress from under the arm measures 34”.
