Condition & Authenticity
All cards are reviewed to the best of our ability to assess their condition and authenticity. We take care to identify potential authenticity concerns before listing items for sale. Please review the listing photos or scans carefully for centering, corners, edges, and surface condition. Ungraded cards are not guaranteed to receive any particular grade if submitted for professional grading.

| Minor DMG — Minor Damage | Minor damage, such as a binder dent or corner bend, while the card remains excellent in overall presentation. |
| DMG — Damaged | Damage typically including a crease, dent, warping, or other surface damage. |
Condition assessments are made to the best of our ability and may be subjective. Please review the listing photos or scans carefully. These classifications are not predictions or guarantees of professional grading results.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are Near Mint (NM) cards suitable for grading?
Our NM designation describes overall condition and does not imply PSA 10 potential. We do not guarantee professional grading outcomes.
Do you offer combined shipping?
Yes! We are happy to combine shipping for multiple orders placed on the same calendar day, whenever possible. Orders with a combined merchandise subtotal of $100 CAD or more qualify for free tracked shipping. Orders already shipped cannot be combined.
How are cards packaged?
Cards are shipped in toploaders or semi-rigid card savers depending on value and quantity. All cards are protected in team bags or other sealable bags to help prevent water damage. Higher-value cards also receive cardboard sleeves for added protection.
My order hasn't arrived yet. When will it get here?
Delivery times for untracked orders can vary significantly depending on Canada Post processing times, mail volumes, and regional delivery conditions. Occasional delays are outside our control.
As a courtesy, we kindly ask buyers to allow up to 4 weeks from the shipping date for untracked orders to arrive before reporting a missing shipment, where eBay timelines permit.
We fully respect eBay's Money Back Guarantee and applicable delivery and reporting timelines. This is a request for patience, not a restriction on buyer protections. If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us through eBay and we'll be happy to assist.
Can I get more pictures?
We do our best to provide high-quality scans and detailed images. Due to the high volume of requests for additional photos, many of which go unanswered after we respond, we are unable to accommodate requests for cards under $200 CAD at this time. For cards valued at $200 CAD or more, we are happy to consider additional photo requests. Thank you for understanding.
Market price or Collectr shows $___, can I get a deal?
When we initially list our cards, prices are based on recent eBay sales, current market conditions, card condition, availability, and the costs of operating our business.
The trading card market changes constantly, and with the volume of inventory we carry, it is not always possible to adjust every listing for daily market fluctuations. Collectr and similar platforms provide useful references but may not reflect actual eBay selling prices, particularly in the Canadian market.
If one of our listings is priced substantially above current comparable eBay listings or recent sales, we are happy to review the pricing and consider an adjustment.
Can I get a deal if I buy multiple cards?
We are not currently offering additional discounts on multiple-card orders. However, we frequently run a Buy 3, Get the 4th FREE promotion on singles priced at $1.99 CAD or less. When the promotion is active, add four eligible cards to your cart and use code MOFFDAWG at checkout. Please check our listings for current promotions.
Can I make an offer?
If Best Offer is not enabled on a listing, we are not currently considering offers on that card. For higher-value singles and graded cards (slabs), we may be willing to work with buyers on pricing. Feel free to reach out through eBay to discuss potential flexibility.
