Step-by-Step Installation Guidance

Fully cool down the vehicle engine and exhaust system for minimum 1 hour before disassembly to avoid severe high-temperature burns.

Lift vehicle with jack stands, remove rusted original exhaust hangers and loosen factory exhaust clamps/flange bolts.

Detach the whole worn stock exhaust assembly from undercarriage mounting points.

Slide new complete muffler exhaust system onto factory exhaust rubber hangers, align flange position perfectly.

Secure all joints with supplied U-clamps, fasten flange bolts evenly to prevent exhaust gas leakage.

Start engine, inspect all pipe connections for exhaust leaks, abnormal rattling or loud noise during idle and test drive.

Professional auto shop installation is recommended for users without exhaust replacement experience.
