How to find the right shoe size
To ensure that your new shoes fit perfectly, we recommend these methods for determining your correct shoe size:

Option 1: Read insole length from existing brand shoes

Look into one of your well-fitting brand shoes. The size indication is usually inside of the tongue.
Look there for details as CM, JP or CN, which are usually given in millimeters.
Then compare this value with the Size Chart below to find your suitable EU shoe size.¹

Option 2: Measure foot length yourself

Place a piece of paper on a flat floor.
Stand on it barefoot in the evening (this is the best time because your feet swell slightly throughout the day²).
Using a pin held vertically, mark the tip of your big toe and the outermost point of your heel (for both feet as the larger one is decisive).
Measure the distance between the marks in Centimeters.
Compare the result with the table below.

If your foot length is between two sizes, please choose the larger one.

Example: A foot length of 24.4 cm corresponds to the shoe size EU 39

¹ The chart is used as a guide and gives a reliable result in most cases. However, variations may occur, for example due to different thicknesses of inner padding or special fits. We therefore cannot accept liability for fit inaccuracies.

² Why measure in the evening? Feet stretch slightly throughout the day. In the evening, the foot length is therefore greatest, which allows a more precise choice of size.

Shipping Process

Handling and Shipping: If payment is received by 2pm, your package will be dispatched the same day.
Shipping Days: Shipping is on business days only, Monday through Friday.
Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link.

Delivery Time
Within Germany, the usual delivery time is 1 to 2 business days.
