Game boy has yellow horizontal lines on the sides which I’m guessing is dead pixels. The game worked that I tested and I could see it enough to play. The screen seems pretty dim like I can always see the screen in the light. I am not sure how dim screen light is supposed to be for these devices. I did try the contrast on the side and made it to the best one I could and it still was quite dim.
