Vintage Anne Klein Couture women’s flats, size US 8 Narrow, made in Italy. These are a striking piece of ’80s designer colorblocking: each shoe is split down the center into navy and cream fabric panels, divided by a gold metallic leather stripe that runs from the toe over the heel. The pair is designed as mirror images, with navy on the outside of one shoe and the inside of the other, which gives them a modern, artful look. They’re lined in gold metallic leather and finished with a leather sole and a small gold-trimmed heel.
They’re a great find for collectors of vintage designer shoes and fans of bold ’80s style.

Condition: Pre-owned vintage with visible wear. The cream fabric shows light soiling and spots, especially near the toes and heels. The gold stripes have minor scuffs, and the soles show significant wear, with the black finish rubbed off at the balls of the feet (see photos). The insoles show light wear. No holes or tears.
