3 to 2 Wire Trailer Tail Light Converter - Bluarc Electronics
Many vehicles use separate bulbs for brake lights and turn signals (a 3-wire system - often with amber rear turn signals). Most trailers use a 2-wire system, where one bulb on each side does both. This electronic taillight converter combines the vehicle's brake and turn signals so your trailer's brake lights and turn signals work.
Features
- 3 TO 2 WIRE TAIL LIGHT CONVERTER - For vehicles with separate brake and turn signal bulbs (3-wire system): combines them into the standard 2-wire signal most trailers use, so brake lights and turn signals work on your trailer.
- WORKS WITH LED & INCANDESCENT LIGHTS - Clear, steady brake, turn and tail signals with modern LED trailer lights or standard bulbs.
- SIMPLE SPLICE-IN INSTALL - Compact converter box with color-coded, labeled 12-inch leads that splice into your vehicle's taillight wiring; no battery wire to run to the engine bay.
- WHAT YOU NEED - Connects to a 4-way flat trailer connector or wiring harness (sold separately). Quick check: amber rear turn signals or separate red brake and turn bulbs mean your vehicle needs a 3 to 2 converter.
- REPLACEMENT FOR HOPKINS 48847 - Fits cars, SUVs, pickups, vans and RVs; for Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Hyundai, Jeep, Ford, Chevy and other vehicles with separate turn signals.
- 5-YEAR WARRANTY + US SUPPORT - Backed by a 5-year warranty from Bluarc Electronics; questions answered by our US-based team.
