Zips shut at top, snaps on another side.Has two shoulder straps. A metal charm / key chain is attached.

With brass logo. 

Made in Paraguay. Has metal studs on bottom to protect the bag as well as metal /  studs on the front side for decoration.

My measurements are approximately:

7 inches high, 11 inches wide, 5 inches deep at bottom, and 12.5 inch drop from shoulder to top of purse.
