For sale is my beautiful 1966 Omega Seamaster, reference 135.011, featuring an unusual original linen-textured dial with a wonderfully warm champagne/brown patina.
Originally purchased from respected London vintage watch specialist Antique Watch Co, who fully serviced the watch in their own workshop prior to sale.
The dial is the real highlight of this watch. It has an intricate cross-hatched linen texture which interacts beautifully with the light. Indoors, it takes on a subtle grey/champagne tone, but in direct sunlight it comes alive with a warm golden, almost iridescent shimmer. It's genuinely difficult to capture in photographs, and even more impressive in person.
The dial has aged naturally, developing a lovely, even patina, while retaining its original gold-tone baton hour markers, hands and elegant Seamaster script. It's a distinctive and less commonly seen variation of the classic 1960s Seamaster.
The stainless steel case has attractive, well-defined lugs and was described as unpolished by the supplying dealer. The screw-down caseback features the traditional Seamaster hippocampus engraving.
The watch is fitted with a handsome brown lizard-grain leather strap, complemented by an original vintage 1960s Omega Seamaster buckle, a lovely period-correct finishing touch.

The watch is in lovely vintage condition for its approximately 60 years of age. There are age-appropriate signs of wear to the case, dial, hands and strap, all contributing to its character.
It was purchased from Antique Watch Co in London in September 2026, who confirmed that the watch had been fully serviced by their workshop and it's running strongly.
The watch presents beautifully on the wrist, particularly in natural light. I've included photographs taken in different lighting conditions to illustrate how dramatically the dial's colour and texture can change.
I'm reluctantly reducing my collection and have another vintage Omega that serves a similar purpose, so this one is looking for a new home.
A lovely opportunity to acquire a distinctive 1960s Seamaster with an original linen dial, classic manually wound Omega movement and period Omega buckle.
Please study the photographs carefully as they form part of the description. As with any vintage watch of this age, water resistance should not be assumed.
