1967 I Spy The Choice TV Production Script Clarke Paylow Culp Cosby

Vintage 1967 production-format script for the television series I Spy, titled “The Choice,” written by Ernest Frankel.

The title page is dated June 7, 1967 and identifies Three F Productions at 780 North Gower Street in Hollywood, California. The cast page identifies Robert Culp as Kelly Robinson and Bill Cosby as Alexander Scott and lists the episode's additional characters.

Of particular interest, the front cover bears the prominently handwritten and underlined name “Clarke Paylow.” Clark L. Paylow was a television production professional active during this period. The handwriting has not been independently authenticated, and the script is therefore not being represented as an authenticated autograph or conclusively proven personal copy.

The photographed script runs through page 63 and concludes at scene 146 with “FADE OUT” and “THE END.” Interior pages retain period television-production formatting, including numbered scenes, camera directions and dialogue.

An appealing surviving piece of 1960s television production material from the acclaimed espionage series starring Robert Culp and Bill Cosby.
