Description
1954 Annie Oakley Trigger Twins Original TV Production Script Flying A #245
Original 1954 Flying A Productions television production script for the Annie Oakley episode “Trigger Twins,” Production No. 245.
The cover identifies the Annie Oakley Series, Production No. 245, episode title “Trigger Twins,” and writers Robert Schaefer and Eric Freiwald. The interior cast page is dated October 1, 1954.
This is a period production copy rather than a later transcript or collector reproduction. It retains its original cardstock Flying A Productions cover and three-brad binding. Production #245 is repeated throughout the script, which concludes on numbered script page 46 with scene 135 and “THE END.”
Especially interesting are the period handwritten and blue-pencil annotations visible on the cast page, suggesting this copy saw actual production-related use. The cover also states, “This Script is the property of FLYING A PRODUCTIONS.”
“Trigger Twins” was subsequently produced and broadcast as an episode of the Annie Oakley television series starring Gail Davis.
An excellent piece of original 1950s television production history and an appealing collectible for fans of Annie Oakley, classic Western television, Gail Davis, and early television production memorabilia.
