2000 Pokemon Japanese Neo Premium File 3 promo - CELEBI No.251, holo (old back). Graded ARS Grade 10 by ARS (Arsales Co., Ltd., Japan). The ARS front plate names the card, the Neo Premium File 3 release and No.251 Holo, and the back of the slab shows the ARS logo, Grade 10 and a QR code. The accompanying ARS TCG Grading Report (photo 2) is dated 2026/05/20 and shows Grade 10, with certificate number 066518260759 (as printed on the report; the digits are small in the photo).

Note: ARS is a Japanese grading company (not PSA). Submitted to ARS by the previous owner (single owner) and kept in a sleeve since grading.
