This is a Vintage 1958 Höfner Senator (No. 7558) Archtop Hollow Body Electric Guitar.
It is a custom-modified player's guitar, complete with an upgraded Shadow Attila Zoller pickup and two output jacks. Right handed with 6-strings.

The unbranded headstock and the fretboard also appear to have been replaced with high quality custom-made alternatives with 18 frets. The original body and Höfner Senator label inside the f hole remain. 

The guitar has been tested with both output jacks and both are working. The volume control and tone control are also both working. 

Guitar is in excellent condition overall. One small scratch near one f hole, and some other very minor signs of wear, but overall very few signs of use, in good, clean condition.
