Vintage Matchbox Kenworth Aerodyne tractor unit from the standard Matchbox MB series, dating from the 1980s.

Finished in black with orange, yellow and white side graphics, chrome-effect grille, exhausts, fuel tanks and six-wheel configuration.

The underside is marked Kenworth Aerodyne, S-1-100, Matchbox Int’l Ltd, Made in Macau and carries the 1981 copyright marking. The copyright date relates to the casting rather than necessarily the production year; this example is from the later 1980s Matchbox era.

The model is in good vintage condition with some light play/display wear, marks and age-related wear to the chrome-effect finish. Please study all photographs for condition.

Supplied with a genuine period Matchbox box, but IMPORTANTLY this is not the original box for this model. The box is marked MB50 Harley Davidson and is included as a period display/storage box only. It has age-related creasing, scuffs and general storage wear.
