CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS OF UPMOST IMPORTANCE TO US

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us before opening a return or leaving neutral or negative feedback. Our goal is to make sure you will be satisfied with your purchase. Please give us the opportunity to assist you so we can continue to offer quality used electronics at low prices with excellent customer service! Message us directly through eBay during business hours for the quickest response.

Please note that if your package is forwarded to another location using a freight forwarding service after delivery to the US address provided to eBay, you are not covered under eBay's Money Back Guarantee policy. Therefore, you are purchasing at your own risk. We cannot provide you with a refund if your item arrives damaged or is not received after initial delivery. Please bring any concerns to your freight forwarder. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment must be received within 4 days of the close of auction. If payment isn’t received within 4 days, the auction will be cancelled and a Non-Paying Bidder alert will be filed.
