Breitling Chrono Avenger - Titanium Chronograph 

For sale is an all original, neo-vintage Breitling Chrono Avenger in lightweight gunmetal titanium. This is the first generation of the Chrono Avenger that was so successful it helped launch the whole Avenger line. This watch is from my personal collection and is in excellent condition, showing very minimal wear for its age (see pictures). It was rotated through a large watch collection and probably only has a year and a half of actual wear. It was serviced once about 8 years ago and is currently actually running within chronometer specifications. 

The watch uses the legendary Valjoux 7750 movement, modified by Breitling. This is a very reliable and robust movement that was the mainstay of the Swiss watch industry for two decades. The sapphire crystal is scratch free and has excellent AR coating on both sides of it. Currently, all functions work as they should. The chronograph and subdials reset to zero. The crown was pulled out to take some of the pictures and screws back in perfectly. Currently the watch is keeping very good time. Although this is a large watch, approximately 44mm in diameter, because it is Titanium, the head of the watch only weighs 99 grams. The curved down lugs make it very comfortable to wear. The watch originally came with Breitling's black leather strap with contrast white stitching. This is the original thickly padded strap the watch came with and yes, it has a polished steel buckle. I purchased an original Breitling rubber strap to wear with the watch and I've included a 22mm FKM rubber strap that is most comfortable and I have been wearing recently. All of them are in good condition. 

In addition to the 3 straps, the watch comes with the full set of box and papers, original yellow Breitling outer box, the now very rare Breitling Bakelite black presentation box in good condition (looks better in real life than pictures). Instruction booklet, certificate of authenticity, a fully filled out warranty card with date of purchase from AD, and a chronometer certificate. This is an increasingly rare opportunity to get a neo-vintage Breitling in excellent condition in a no reserve auction.
