When working, this works a bit like a fruit machine: you depress the lever, the three reels spin and stop on one of the four suits. Unfortunately, this one isn't working. The third reel is missing its paper with the four suits. The lever isn't working, if you spin the reels by hand (they all spin) you can actually use it like a stop button. Please see photos.
